Introduction

In our culture, family plays a vital role in our lives. Being a social butterfly, I am in contact with many families, few of them are my relatives, and some are from my neighbourhood.

Who are they? And where they live?

One family which impresses me the most is the Sharma family from my neighbourhood. This family became a part of our vicinity in 2017. Earlier they used to live in New Delhi.

The family comprises 5 members, the head of the family, Dr Ganesh Sharma, his wife, son, daughter-in-law and daughter. All the family members are dietitians and run a weight-loss centre at their home.

How do you know them?

One year back, I used to be very bulky. I was trying very hard to lose weight, but I didn’t get success.

One of my friends recommended me to take the services of the Sharma family to get in shape. I joined their course.

Under the aegis of the Sharma family, I lost ten kg weight in 3 months.

Explain why you like them?

My primary reason for liking them is the altruistic nature of the whole Sharma family members.

They took my weight-loss journey as their mission and worked as a cohesive unit and kept me motivated during tough times.

After their arrival, there is a positive change in the health and fitness of people from our surroundings.

The family is doing philanthropic work. Those who cannot afford can enrol for their free course. Because of the cooperative attitude of this family, there is a state of optimism in our neighbourhood.

I am blessed to have such a loving family as my neighbor.
